Carlos Alberto Lourenço Milhazes (born 17 March 1981 in Póvoa de Varzim) is a Portuguese footballer who plays for G.D. Chaves as a left defender.
After beginning professionally with lowly Clube Caçadores das Taipas, Milhazes joined hometown's Varzim S.C. (in the second division). After appearing scarcely for Boavista F.C. in 2004–05's first division, his first top flight season, he joined Rio Ave FC, experiencing both relegation and promotion.
In late January 2008, Milhazes joined Romanian League side FC Timişoara, first on loan. After the move was made permanent, he returned to Portugal exactly one year after, signing with Vitória de Guimarães on loan until the end of the season, as a replacement for Cameroonian Jacques Momha, whom left for Turkey. In June 2009, the move was made permanent.
In August 2010, after having appeared rarely for Vitória throughout the league campaign, Milhazes returned to Rio Ave.
